Today, Zak and I celebrated our three year anniversary! It seems like just yesterday we were coming out of the temple, but it also seems like we have been together forever. We are actually going to go to Park City this weekend to celebrate, but we thought we better hit up one of our favorite restaurants on the actual day and since it is family night we decided to bring along our beautiful baby girl! We love the Prairie Schooner and highly recommend it to anyone who has never tried it.
I thought I would also just brag about my amazing husband for a moment or two :)
Zak is one of the hardest workers I have met. I think he has maybe taken one or two sick days in his three years of working for Wasatch Electric and he is always willing to go work "trouble" in the late hours of night or wee hours of the morning.
He also is a very firm believer of "work hard, play hard" and takes plenty of time to spend with our family. In fact he is the one who is insisting on going to Cali this November for Thanksgiving and we are so excited to go!
Zak has a heart of gold and if anyone was in need he would be the first one on their doorstep.
He is a great snuggler and is always willing to give hugs if you so desire!
He has a very strong testimony of the church and respects his priesthood.
He is such an amazing father! He loves his little girl so much and takes lots of time to give her special attention and never fails to tell her daily how much he loves her. He will even stay up for hours with her in the middle of the night when she wants nothing to do with mom. Zak gives Kathryn a kiss every night before we go to bed and every morning before he leaves for work.
Zak, I love you with all my heart and the last three years have been wonderful. I am so excited for the rest of eternity! You are the best! Love you oodles and gobs and even a ton!
